It is incumbent on us to meet our clients where they are, figure out what their “best answer” is and help them achieve it within the parameters of the law.
As an international student, I needed a push to get out of my comfort zone, and PSU always made me feel included. Now, I am more confident in communicating and networking.
On June 14, 2020, The School of Business held its first remote commencement. The ceremony served to celebrate the outstanding achievements of over 200 students and to empower these new graduates to serve as leaders during this unmatched period of economic and social disruption.
I just finished a Master of Taxation with The School of Business. This winter, I had an amazing opportunity to complete an internship for the US Business Tax Group (USBT) at Deloitte UK-London. They’ve never had someone from Portland State University come to their internship, so it was really cool to represent PSU students. Here are some tips and tricks from my experience if you are interested in applying for this internship.
