I developed strong relationships with the mentors I was matched with as part of this program. I learned a lot about how I prioritize and what mistakes I may be making in my career that I could not see because I am so involved personally.
“There is value in incorporating and learning from people with varied backgrounds, and my MBA experience at PSU taught me to appreciate that,” says Eichelberger.
“Make sure to go to every networking event PSU has and spend time outside of class with your cohort,” Kate Poppel says. “You will make lifelong connections that remain constant no matter where your career takes you.
“There are personal biases inherent in all of us, as well as deep underlying personal motivations,” Colin Jacobs says. “The self-understanding I gained through this coursework was incredibly insightful.”
